Takes place in a wacky suburb and stars cartoon adolescents. Charting the ups and downs of junior high school, and it first aired as part of Disney’s One Saturday Morning block. Pepper Ann, the star of the show, is an outgoing, headstrong, and a true free spirit. The twelve-year-old redhead knows what she wants and goes after it, cooking up any crazy scheme necessary to get it.
